Good Leading Lines
This photo is a great example of good leading lines because the lines are balanced among the photo. As well as being balanced the lines, the lines go a good job of leading the viewer's eye to the focal point of the photo, the windmill. The lines are good because as well as helping move the viewer's eye, but the lines don't just blend into the photo, but stand out on their own. Being an image from the internet it is a Lossy photo and also a JPEG.

Bad Framing
I think this is a bad use of framing because the viewers eye has to look through all the darkness to get to the focus of the picture. I think the photo should have been shot closer to the framing of the opening and focused more on the tree. Instead the importance of the focal point and frame gets lost in the darkness of the foreground. The image was saved from an internet source, which is was a JPEG meaning it is uses the Lossy technique.

Bad Subject Background
This picture is a great example of a bad background. What should be a great, nice wedding photo is ruined by top-less beach-goers. The photographer was obviously not aware of the background, which is important when trying to take a great photo. The photo was a save from the internet and saved as a JPEG. Since the photo is a JPEG is it a Lossy photo, which may affect the image quality if used.

Example of bad unity.
This advertisement displays bad unity because not only is the photo not cohesive, it also poorly displays what is trying to be sold. Looking at the photo it is hard not only to understand what is going on in the photo, but also where the item is that's being sold. Just because the cow is wearing the name of what is being sold doesn't mean the viewer or potential consumer knows what the product is. The product is being displayed at the very bottom of the screen and not being shown to make people want to purchase the product. I believe what they're trying to sell is cheese, which makes no sense when looking at the photo. The unity if off because cows, pirate ships, and cheese are not related.

Example of good Balance.
This advertisement uses balance well to get across what they're selling or promoting. The picture has horizontal symmetry which makes the photo pleasing to look at. As well as the horizontal symmetry, the picture uses balance to make what could have been just a regular picture of an athlete edgier, and more interesting to look at. The interesting pat of the the balance used in this ad come from putting together different pictures of a variety of athletes into one big picture. The balance is also represented in the background of the photo; keeping all the backgrounds similar with the dark colors. This advertisement is a great example of using balance to make the photo aesthetically pleasing and interesting at the same time.
